Regional Women in Leadership Bursary
Who is it for?
2nd year undergraduates, 3rd year undergraduates, Postgraduate coursework, 4th year undergraduates
Where is it available?
Bendigo, Mildura, Albury-Wodonga, Shepparton
The Regional Women in Leadership Bursary is a fund established through income received from donations and ticket sales to Regional Women in Leadership Forums. The most recent regional forums were held on all four campuses in October and November 2017 and raised in excess of $17,000.
Are you eligible to apply?
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:
- identify as femal
- be enrolled full time at the La Trobe Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo, Mildura or Shepparton Campus in 2018 in your second, third or fourth year of an undergraduate course or be enrolled in a postgraduate coursework degree
- articulate in 250 words or less your current community activities such as volunteering or involvement in community life and how the Bursary will contribute in developing their leadership potential.
Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:
- an application form addressing the eligibility criteria
- personal statement
