Awarded to talented students on the Albury-Wodonga campus who might otherwise face difficulties in accessing higher education opportunities.
Allan Martin Prize
This award honours Allan Martin, Foundation Professor of History (1966-73) and Dean of Humanities (1970 and 1971), a pioneer of interdisciplinary studies at the University. It will be awarded to the student writing the best interdisciplinary honours thesis in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Ambassador Scholarships in Engineering and Mathematical Sciences
The Ambassador Scholarship Program has been established to provide annual support for commencing students seeking to major in a discipline within the School of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences.

Bendigo Health Care Group Foundation Charitable Trust Scholarship for Mental Health Nursing
Applicants must complete an application form demonstrating their commitment to studying at La Trobe University Bendigo Campus, on a full time basis, in the Postgraduate Diploma of Nursing Science in Mental Health. Applicants will be required to indicate their commitment to employment with Bendigo Health and the value that they see in a professional mentoring arrangement.
Bendigo Tertiary Education Anniversary Foundation Scholarship and Roger Jalland Medal
Awarded to a full-time student who has successfully applied for entry into a university degree-level course at the Bendigo Campus through the La Trobe University/Bendigo Regional Institute of TAFE articulation agreement.
City of Greater Bendigo Scholarship
This Scholarship Program has offers support in the form of $1,250 per year and three years of paid vacation work.
City of Greater Shepparton Prize
Prizes are available to full-time first year students enrolling in Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Commerce ($700) with highest ATAR. The Regional Nursing Scholarship ($250) is awarded to a commencing student in the Bachelor of Nursing.
Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service – Award for Excellence
Awarded to an entry-level student with the highest weighted average in academic work, and demonstrated excellence in fieldwork, as judged by the clinical fieldwork team within the Department of Occupational Therapy.
Computer Science and Computer Engineering Departmental Scholarship
This scholarship is available to domestic students with a good academic record in their final year of school, who enrol full-time in any undergraduate degree within the Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

This scholarship is available to outstanding students, who enrol full-time in any undergraduate degree within the Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

This scholarship is available to students with a rural / regional postcode, who enrol full-time in any undergraduate degree within the Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering at the Melbourne or Bendigo campus of La Trobe University.
CPG Australia Pty Ltd/La Trobe University Scholarship Program
CPG Australia Pty Ltd offer a $5,000 scholarship per year and fully-paid vacation work experience.
Davey Family Scholarship
Available to a full-time undergraduate student. Applicants must clearly demonstrate how the scholarship will be used to support their study and provide details of family circumstance and family financial position. Preference will be given to applicants from the Eaglehawk (postcode 3556) region.
Dean's Scholarship for Academic Excellence
Ten scholarships are available each year for eligible students commencing in undergraduate courses offered by the Faculty of Science, Technology and Engineering.
Electronic Engineering Scholarship
This scholarship is offered to students enrolled in a course offered by the Department of Electronic Engineering. Five Scholarships valued at $1,000 each will be offered.
Evan Patullock Memorial Scholarship
Mr Evan Patullock was a valued member of staff at the Regional School of Business, Albury Wodonga campus. Evan taught and researched in the area of Business Information Systems and Electronic Commerce. This scholarship has been established to honour his memory and the contribution made by Evan to both the University and the wider community. The scholarship will benefit students studying within the Regional School of Business at the Albury Wodonga campus.
Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Scholarships
Ten academic merit scholarships will be awarded to students completing their VCE. Any student enrolled in the first year of any one of the Faculty’s bachelor degrees is eligible to apply for a scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded to the 10 students with the highest ENTER scores. Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Scholarships
Ten academic merit scholarships will be awarded to students completing their VCE. Any student enrolled in the first year of any one of the Faculty’s bachelor degrees is eligible to apply for a scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded to the 10 students with the highest ENTER scores.
FRRR/Pratt Water Engineering Scholarship
A total of ten civil engineering cadetships will be offered to commencing student / industry partnerships over a period of six and half years. Each cadetship will have a value of up to $11,000 per annum composed of a $3000 contribution from FRRR and Pratt Foundation and $2,000 from the applicable industry partner.

In 2013 La Trobe University will offer a number of scholarships to support students commencing tertiary studies for the first time who have achieved oustanding marks in their Victorian Certificate of Education (or equivalent) and can demonstrate financial hardship and/or education disadvantage.
La Trobe University/Bendigo Bank Academy of Sport Scholarship
Available to full-time undergraduate students at the Bendigo campus who are qualified to be, or have been, a participant in the Bendigo Bank Academy of Advanced Performance Program.
La Trobe Vice-Chancellor's Excellence Scholarship
In 2013 La Trobe University will offer a number a scholarships to support students commencing tertiary studies for the first time who have achieved outstanding marks in their Victorian Certificate of Education (or equivalent).
Leslie Kilmartin Regional Scholarship
The scholarship will be awarded to a full-time undergraduate student who is commencing higher education for the first time, after a period away from full-time study. To be eligible applicants must be attempting their first university qualification, should not have been in full-time education in the past three years, must clearly demonstrate how the scholarship will be used to support their study; and should provide details of family circumstance and family financial position. Preference for the scholarship will be given to applicants from the central and northern Victoria region.
Lisa Malone Scholarship
This scholarship pays tribute to the work of Lisa Malone, former resident of Wodonga and student in social work at La Trobe University. The scholarship provides $2,000 for a year of study in any course at Albury-Wodonga that contributes to community development and welfare. Applicants must demonstrate evidence of commitment to social development either in Australia or overseas.
Michael Malthouse Elite Sports Bursary
La Trobe is an Elite Athlete-Friendly University and has a strong commitment to sport and the role that it plays in a balanced educational environment. Mildura Returned Services League (RSL) Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Education Scholarship
Awarded to a commencing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Undergraduate student in the Bachelor in Education at the Mildura Campus. The scholarship recognises an interest and commitment to the Mildura region, an involvement with the Australian Armed Services or being a descendent of a Veteran and residing in the Mildura region.
Mildura RSL Scholarship
Available to commencing 1st year Bachelor of Education students at the Mildura campus. The scholarship is awarded to a student who resides in the Mildura district and is an Australian citizen and is able to demonstrate direct involvement with the Australian Armed Services or be a descendent of a Veteran (child or grandchild) or spouse of a person who has had direct involvement with the Australian Armed Services.
North-Vic Construction/La Trobe University Scholarship Program
The North-Vic Construction Scholarship Program has been established to provide support for the completion of a tertiary qualification of future professional civil engineering staff. It is available to full-time students commencing the Bachelor of Civil Engineering course, or one of the Engineering double degree courses, at the Bendigo campus of La Trobe University.
Prigg's Pharmacy Award
Awarded to a first-year Bachelor of Pharmacy student who has completed the Victorian Certificate of Education, or equivalent, at a secondary school in the Rochester, Kyabram, Echuca region within the last 12 months. Value to $250
R. E. McGarvie Memorial Scholarship (McGMS)
In recognition of the contributions of the Honourable Richard Elgin McGarvie to La Trobe University in his role as Chancellor and in the development of legal education, the University has created the R. E. McGarvie Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is tenable for the normal duration of full-time study for an undergraduate Bachelor of Laws double degree program (including Honours if applicable) at the Bendigo campus of La Trobe University.
Rural City of Wangaratta /La Trobe University Scholarship
The Wangaratta Rural City Council/La Trobe University Civil Engineering Scholarship Program has been established to provide support for the completion of a tertiary qualification of future professional civil engineering staff. It is available to full-time students commencing the Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) course, or one of the Engineering double degree courses, at the Bendigo campus of La Trobe University.
Science and Industry Endowment Fund (SIEF)
The Science and Industry Endowment Fund aims to promote the study of science, technology and engineering among those who face social and financial barriers to studying at university. This scholarship is open to students of Indigenous background, or students based in a rural or remote location and from a low socio-economic background.

The SJE Consulting /La Trobe University Civil Engineering Scholarship Program has been established to provide support for the completion of a tertiary qualification of future professional staff. It is available to full-time students commencing the Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) course or one of the Engineering double degree courses at the Bendigo campus of La Trobe University.
Soroptimist international of Shepparton Inc. Regional Education Scholarship
Awarded to a commencing student in the Graduate Diploma in Education (Middle Years). The scholarship provides reimbursement for study related expenses.
The Fairbrother Foundation Scholarship
In 2012, The Fairbrother Foundation, in conjunction with La Trobe University will offer one scholarship worth $4000 per year to a La Trobe student who is an immediate family member of an employee of Fairbrother Pty Ltd.
Vice-Chancellor’s City of Whittlesea Scholarship (LVCWS)
Small number of scholarships for students: living in the City of Whittlesea at the time of application, starting their first year of an undergraduate course and enrolled at Bundoora campus.
