Sports Centre membership is available to La Trobe staff via fortnightly salary deductions ... provided staff are on the University payroll and are not casual employees. Payment by salary deduction means ... for you, convenience and cheaper prices ... for us, an efficient system.

For free, unlimited use of facilities or classes, and for convenience of use, add one of the following passes:

  • Pool
  • Gold (Pool/Gym/Group exercise)

Note:

  • The forms below should be completed on line, printed, then SIGNED.
  • Your salary deductions cannot be arranged or modified with Sports Centre by phone or email.
 

 

New members

or

Complete the AUTHORISATION form on line, print it, and SIGN it. Bring the form in person, along with your STAFF CARD, to the Sports Centre Reception. After paying a $10 Joining Fee, your membership starts immediately.

Existing members

Cancellation forms may either be ... brought in person to the Sports Centre Reception ... or mailed to Sports Centre via internal mail.

 

 

Cancellation Form

There is no 'cancellation' fee; however a $10 Joining Fee is payable should you choose to re-join.
