    Features of the pool ...

    • 25 metre heated indoor pool
    • Deep water pit
    • Cargo net and Tarzan rope
    • Barbecue for group bookings on the pool lawn
    • Exceptional water quality

    Swimming is probably the most near-perfect form of exercise -

    • non-weight-bearing, imposing no stress on bones and joints;
    • improves cardiovascular conditioning;
    • an effective weight-control exercise; one hour of swimming burns about as many calories as running six miles in one hour; and
    • a form of meditation that helps calm the nerves.
