La Trobe University staff who wish to have the cost of a first aid course charged to a SAP account should use the online First Aid Course Application Form.

Schools / Departments requesting a group training, with all fees charged to one account, should -

  • have one person fill in the 'Applicant' section of the form; then
  • list other candidates in the 'Other Applicants' section.

**Cancellation Policy - Non attendance of a course or cancellation less than five full working days prior to the course start date will incur a charge of 80% of the full course fee. Student substitutions are acceptable at any time.**
