Commitment to compliance

La Trobe University is committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and codes.

In support of this, the University has developed an enterprise wide Compliance Management Framework to document the systems for identifying, monitoring, reviewing and complying with our increasingly complex and constantly changing legislative and regulatory environment.

Compliance framework governance

The Corporate Governance, Audit and Risk Committee has overarching accountability for the University’s Compliance Management Framework; and actively promotes a positive compliance culture to minimise the risk of non-compliance.
