Refugee Health Research Centre - Education and Training

Study at the RHRC

One of the aims of the RHRC is to build capacity in refugee health through teaching, professional development, and post-graduate research training. Professional development activities are conducted jointly with a range of organizations and with the Victorian Foundation for Survivors of Torture (please see Training Calendar). The RHRC teaches into the Master of Public Health at La Trobe University. Post-graduate research training is supported though the honours programme joint with the School of Public Health. The RHRC maintains strong interdisciplinary links with other Schools in the Faculty of Health Sciences and with other Facilities at La Trobe University. Master degrees by research, PhDs and professional doctorates are available on a full-time or part-time basis.
