Robert Holmes Village

'The Villas' - 112 rooms (self catered)

Established in 1986 the Robert Holmes Village (Wirth St) consists of 28 furnished villas each shared by four students.

Each villa contains:
  • spacious individual furnished study/bedrooms
  • a shared furnished and heated lounge/dining room
  • small kitchen with fridge and stove
  • separate well appointed bathroom and laundry

Students provide their own cooking and eating utensils and equipment, bed linen, blankets and pillows, and various electrical appliances. Residents are responsible for the payment of gas, electricity and telephone bills in their villa.

Villas are leased to groups of second, third year and postgraduate students.

The Villas provide quality accommodation and an exceptional quietness for study within a friendly and supportive community.
