Before you update any information relating to your application, personal details and preferences, please understand the legalities of providing information to us. It is advised you read our Privacy Policy and understand the Terms and Conditions of application.

To access the on-line system to view or update your records (personal details, contacts), make a room preference, request a room change, or enquire about your account, click the 'Update Tab' and make your changes. You will require your RMS ID and password. Room preferences can only be made once your application request has been processed (acknowledged by email).
