The Terraces

Established in 1989, The Terraces consist of 21 large houses each accommodating eight students in furnished and spacious single study/bedrooms.

Each terrace unit contains:
  • large heated fully furnished lounge room
  • modern well equipped kitchen
  • two bathrooms
  • two laundry areas

Students provide their own room heaters, desk lamps, kitchen utensils/crockery and bed linen, blankets and pillows. The Terraces provide scenic views and a very comfortable and aesthetic living environment and have an excellent reputation for collegiate and interpersonal lifestyles. The Terraces' students share the central lounge building (Common Room) with the Units' students.
