Terms and Conditions of Application for Accommodation at Residential Services

By submitting an application for accommodation at Residential Services - La Trobe University at the Bendigo campus (RSB) you will be taken to have given the following acknowledgements to RSB and accepted the following conditions: RSB has made no offer of accommodation to you.

• RSB has absolute discretion to decide whether or not to approve your application and offer you accommodation.
• Despite any preference which you have indicated in your application, RSB has absolute discretion to determine the type of accommodation which might be offered to you.
• RSB gives no guarantee and makes no representation or warranty that your application will be approved or, if approved, that any particular type of accommodation will be offered to you.
• Any offer of accommodation made to you will be subject to the terms specified in the offer. The terms of that offer may differ from the information contained on this website or other information provided by or on behalf of RSB.
• If your application is declined or the accommodation offered to you differs from the preference which you have expressed in your application, RSB will not be under any obligation to provide any reason for declining to offer you accommodation or the accommodation which you have indicated that you prefer.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release RSB and their employees from all liability, loss, damage, expense and claim of any nature whatsoever which you might suffer, sustain or maintain arising out of or in connection with:
  • your application and the consideration, processing (including any failure, error or delay in processing), acceptance or rejection of it by or on behalf of RSB;
  • the terms of any offer made by RSB in response to your application; or
  • your use of the facilities on this website to apply to RSB for accommodation.
