Residential ServicesContinuing Residents (Returners)Considerations for returning to residence in 2010. Returners applying for RHV Villas (and any available houses - limited) must re-apply before Friday 23 October and have their group application forms in by 9:00am Monday 26 October. Criteria & allocation By re-applying you are agreeing to * abide to the Code of Conduct and all terms and conditions. Do not re-apply if you're unwilling to accept our expectations of living on-campus, * making a commitment to live on-campus as your preferred option i.e. not make your application as a back-up option, * check and update your records on-line before applying. Changes should be made via the Update tab when you login to your RMS account. All continuing applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application (selection-allocation) by the end of the first week of December. How to apply - Continuing (current LTU) students are required to reapply or apply for accommodation on-line. There are 3 categories of continuing student: 1. returning resident (student currently living in any of the Bendigo on-campus residences) - you must identify as a returner, even if you're wanting to move to another residence, 2. ex-resident (previously lived on campus but not currently ... please email the Office so we can activate your access to re-apply), 3. current (La Trobe) student applying to live on campus for the first time must complete a New Application (see below) and select preferred option as a '2010 New <residence>' (unless applying for The Villas). You MUST apply by Monday 9 November and have returned your Residence Applicant Survey before 23 November. Carefully read the instructions for completing your online application. Re-applications To re-apply, track your application, update your records, make a room preference, or enquire about your account: RE-APPLY . Please check all your details are accurate and complete (mobile, email, address, course, etc). Villa applications & interview appointments Places at properties will be limited this year so demand will far exceed supply. At present we are unsure as to how many properties / houses will be available, thus any available houses may be kept for eligible groups of 3 who are unable to secure a villa. Enquiries about flats (mostly 1 bedroom) should be made direct with the Office. The application documents must be completed and returned at the time of booking an interview. Interviews will be held at selected times throughout the week of 26 - 30 October. You must also lodge your individual application/reapplication on-line. Login: 'Your RMS ID' Room preferences (refer to Updates) can be made to indicate your preferred room of choice (at Terraces, Orde, Units, Halls). This should be done to indicate your room preference for the residence for which you've applied. NOTE: Room preferences can only be made once your application request has been processed (acknowledged by email). Contact the Office should you have password difficulties.
