Orde House generally is only available for returning students or mature-age students.

Orde House (Houlahan St) consists of:
  • 24 furnished single study bedrooms
  • Large heated lounge
  • Large communal kitchen
  • Equipped laundry area

Students at Orde House provide their own room heaters, desk lamps and bed linen, blankets and pillows, and kitchen utensils/crockery. A large garden provides barbeque facilities, outdoor seating and recreation facilities. Orde House is suitable for mature age, international or very quiet students.
