On Campus Accommodation Options

Students are required to sign an agreement to stay in residence for the entire academic year of 40 weeks. If a student breaks the agreement or moves out early they must pay the full commitment or pay for the term of stay at the going 'casual rate'.

As you can see it is important for you to decide which style of residence best suits you. At all residences students provide and launder their own bed linen, blankets and pillows in all residences and clean their own study/bedrooms. Professional cleaners clean the common areas and utility costs are included in the rental (except at The Villas).

The residences are well supported by the student body, the Inter-Residence Association which provides representational support on residential matters, but most importantly sporting and social activities and events. Each residence also has their own student club.
