Residential ServicesResidential PropertiesA number of houses and flats are available to rent through Residential Services. Houses are available for university students and staff, preference is given for longer term occupancy. There are a variety of houses and flats available:
All properties are located close to university in Friswell Avenue and Osborne St. The three flats are located at the Osborne Street Halls complex and the houses are located throughout the local neighbourhood. The payment of utilities is the responsibility of the tenant, however grounds and house maintenance is covered by Residential Services.
