Prices and Fees 2010 - proposed fees to be confirmed

Prices represented are for 'Year-in-Advance' payment (40 weeks discounted) and the effective weekly price (standard rate).

Halls of Residence
Single Room (includes meals) - $10,440 ($266pw)

The Units
Single Room - $5,800 ($148pw)

Orde House
Single Room - $6,280 ($160pw)

The Terraces
Single Room - $6,280 ($160pw)

Robert Holmes Village (Villas)
4 br apartment - $4,880 ($125pw) per person

Housing Properties
3 br Furnished House - $5,200 ($133pw) per person

Rent is payable Semester or Yearly in-advance.

Arrangements for periodic payment of rent (by direct debit system only) and access to loans for payment of rent in-advance should be addressed with Residential Services' Staff.

Other fees include:
Occupancy Service Fee $440 (non-refundable), and
First year Orientation $165

Casual rates for accommodation are at a 25% premium.

Students should secure the room booking on acceptance of our offer of a placement should their application for residency be successful. Continuing students are required to secure their booking in December. Successful first year students are required to secure their booking by late January. Details of payment of fees and arrangements on securing a place are forwarded with our offer of a placement.
