Prices and Fees

Prices for 2008 are as recommended by Residences' Management Committee. Prices represented are for 'Year-in-Advance' payment (40 weeks discounted) and the effective weekly price (standard rate). Prices for 2009 will not be available until mid-November 2008. A fee increase of at least 5% is expected.

Halls of Residence
Single Room (includes meals) - $9,240 ($239pw)
Non-catered room - Pryor Annexe - $5,000 ($130pw) ... limited places.

The Units
Single Room - $5,240 ($136pw)

Orde House
Single Room - $5,600 ($145pw)

The Terraces
Single Room - $5,600 ($145pw)

Robert Holmes Village (Villas)
Individual - (person) - $4,320 ($112pw)

Housing Properties
3 br Furnished House - $4,400 ($114pw) per person

Rent is payable Semester or Yearly in-advance. Other fees include:
Occupancy Service Fee $290 (non-refundable), and
First year Orientation $165.

Arrangements for periodic payment of rent (by direct debit system only) and access to loans for payment of rent in-advance should be addressed with Residential Services' Staff.

Students should secure the room booking on acceptance of our offer of a placement should their application for residency be successful. Continuing students are required to secure their booking in December. Successful first year students are required to secure their booking by late January. Details of payment of fees and arrangements on securing a place are forwarded with our offer of a placement.
