Applications are judged on merit not on order of receipt for all places. Demand is very high for on-campus accommodation.

Application Procedures - vital instructions on how to apply
Both current and prospective students of La Trobe University, Bendigo are eligible to apply for accommodation at our residences. When applying we ask that you complete the application with as much exact detail as possible, ensuring that all relevant fields on the form(s) are completed.

All application requests for places at Residential Services must be made 'on-line'. If this is not possible please contact us. We provide secured processing to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential.

Application for admission into residence - complete One (1) application only in total. All secondary applications will be rejected. If you make a mistake reset your application or contact the Office as to which application you wish to have accepted or rejected.

Before you complete your application please understand the legalities of providing information to us. It is advised you read our Privacy Policy and understand the Terms and Conditions of application.

Please ensure all information provided is valid and accurate. Your email address should be a personal contact that is regularly checked. It is vital your email address is correct. Do not use a school email account or people's email account.

On receipt of your application request you will be sent confirmation by automated email. In fact you will receive two emails. The first indicates we have received the request, the second indictaes we have processed your application request. This email contains important information.

We do suggest that you be aware of our Code of Conduct - viz: expectations of you living on campus. Part of your application (when you complete the residence applicant survey form) requires you to sign a declaration that you understand and agree to abide by the code of conduct - residential expectations.

Ex-residents intending to move back to campus should go to the Office and apply direct.
