Carol has many years of experience in the tertiary sector and she uses this knowledge to ensure that RED runs smoothly. She acts as Executive Assistant to Professor Street and co-ordinates the RED workshops and seminars.

Margaret Armstrong

Margaret has a strong background in teaching adults in the tertiary sector. Her role is to develop strategies for providing research staff and scholars with an extensive and varied range of research education tools founded on sound theoretical principles of research and education. This includes the creation of resource materials that are relevant, innovative, flexible and accessible and that can be customised. Margaret will liaise with faculty and library staff in order to maintain, evaluate and update the RED resources.

Marian brings outstanding grant expertise and demonstrated capacity to develop effective researchers to the RED team. She will work closely with Associate Deans of Research and Senior Research Development Officers to ensure that early-career researchers and more senior researchers are supported in their research planning and publication strategies.
