Introduction
The La Trobe University annual publication collection will be occurring in conjunction with the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research HERDC publication data collection. Publications must meet specific eligibility criteria to be included in the HERDC collection, as outlined in the DIISR HERDC specifications (see below).
Aside from being a compulsory government requirement, this information will also be used to provide the basis for both internal and external research reporting and management.
Academic Staff are encouraged to login to RME.NET (using your LTU username and password) to view details of their research outputs as collected by Faculty/School Publication Coordinators.

Academic staff are required to complete a relevant form for each publication and submit it to their Faculty/School Publication Coordinator. Click on the category title to download a proforma.
Only those marked * may be included in the HERDC submission to DIISR.

- Journal Articles (C1*, C2, C3, C4)
- Conference Publications (E1*, E2, E3, E4)
- Computer Software (G)
- Patents (I)
- Creative Works (J1, J3, J4, J5, these have been revised for 2010)
- Journal Editorships (K)
- Published Translations (L)
- Published Pamphlet or Report (M)
