The Research Development Unit is currently accepting Notices of Intent to apply for ARC or NHMRC major schemes. If you are intending to apply in the upcoming round or the one after, please complete and email a Notice of Intent (NOI) form to the Research Development Unit at the relevant email addresses listed on the NOI form.

CI Eligibility: Update from Professor Warwick Anderson

• Professor Warwick Anderson, CEO of the NHMRC, has provided a letter to clarify the NHMRC's intention around the employment of CIAs, outlined in the NHMRC's revised Administering Institution Policy. This clarification impacts mainly on researchers who have employment contracts at more than one eligible Administering Institution. As the Policy covers all applications for funding through the NHMRC from now forward, we ask that researchers who fall into this category check their eligibility to apply for funding through La Trobe.

NHMRC online Research Grants Management System (RGMS)

Applications for funding through these schemes must be submitted through the NHMRC’s on-line application system, RGMS.  If you do not already have a username, you can obtain one here:  NHMRC RGMS login.  It is recommended that you apply for a username if needed, and that you commence your application in RGMS, as early as possible.
