Special Notes: The University Human Ethics Committee will have a summer holiday closure from COB Friday, 18 December until Monday, 18 January 2010 2009 Progress Reports are due on or before 12 February 2010. Failure to submit a progress report may result in the withdrawal of Human Ethics approval.
