Human Research Ethics

Researchers at La Trobe University who use humans for research purposes are bound by the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research and relevant Australian State and Commonwealth legislation together with University regulations and policies.

The University Human Ethics Committee will have a summer holiday closure from COB Friday, 18 December until Monday, 18 January 2010

2009 Progress Reports are due on or before 12 February 2010. Failure to submit a progress report may result in the withdrawal of Human Ethics approval.
