Genetically Modified Organisms

All research involving the use of genetically modified organisms requires the approval of the La Trobe University Genetic Manipulation Supervisory Committee (GMSC).

Where this research involves the use of higher-order invertebrate or vertebrate animals, GMSC approval must be obtained prior to seeking approval from the AEC.
