Research Ethics and IntegrityAnimal Research EthicsAnimal Welfare OfficerThe role of the Animal Welfare Officer is to ensure that the high standards of animal welfare goals set by La Trobe University are met in all teaching and research projects. The Animal Welfare Officer inspects animal holding facilities and field research sites, arranges training and education for researchers and research trainees, and provides general advice on animal welfare for La Trobe University researchers.
