The Australian Universities Quality Agency (AUQA) audit
La Trobe University was first audited by AUQA in August 2004. It was audited again in the second semester of 2009. In the Cycle Two Audit, in addition to reviewing our response to the 2004 audit, there was a focus on two themes. The chosen themes were "Research and Research Training" and "Internationalisation". There was also explicit attention paid to outcome standards and use of a range of external reference points.
AUQA's audit method evaluates an institution's Quality Assurance arrangements on the dimensions of Approach, Deployment, Results and Improvement (ADRI) (PDF 19Kb).

21 to 24 September 2009 - COMPLETED - Audit visit (Bundoora campus)
December 2009 - Draft Audit report to University for comment
February 2010 - AUQA Audit report published
