- 2009AUQA Audit
The Australian Universities Quality Agency (AUQA) conducted the 2009 Audit of La Trobe University with offshore visits in August, a session in Bendigo to examine regional campuses on 18 September and a four day visit to Bundoora campus from 21 to 24 September 2009. A Schedule of La Trobe University Qualification Categories is available for information. It will be reviewed when the new Australian Qualifications Framework is promulgated. - 2008 Articulation framework
La Trobe University now has a model for Articulation Agreements. While this model is primarily aimed at articulation between TAFE and University, other articulation agreements may be proposed. - 2008 University Policy Framework
The 2005 Report on the Cycle 1 AUQA audit of La Trobe University recommended that the University develop a comprehensive framework for the development, approval, dissemination, monitoring and review of policies.
The new Policy Framework was endorsed by the University Council at its meeting on 4 August 2008 (item 7.1).
AUQA 2009 audit
The Australian Universities Quality Agency has conducted the second institutional audit of La Trobe University with offshore visits in August, a visit to Bendigo campus on 18 September and a four day visit to Bundoora campus from 21 to 24 September 2009.
For the Cycle 2 audit, AUQA examined two themes:
Internationalisation
and
Research and Research Training
Additionally we reported on responses to affirmations and recommendations (MSWord 38kb) from the Cycle 1 audit.
