Interests

Dr Leila Karimi has research experience in organizational psychology and community health. Before jointing La Trobe in 2009, she held a position as a researcher at RDNS Helen Macpherson Smith Institute of Community Health, where she was extensively involved in various research projects in community health setting. In addition to teaching and research, she is studying for a second PhD in Applied Statistics at Swinburne University of Technology with a focus on comparing formative and reflective models of a work ability measurement.
