Kate is a La Trobe University HIM graduate and also has a Graduate Diploma in Health Services Management.  Whilst living in the UK for the past three years, Kate worked at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, London, where she was Project Manager in the Ophthalmology Department, Manager of Clinical Trial Documentation for the Oncology Department, and Health Records Manager where, among other things, she implemented major change including digital archiving.  Kate is an experienced Quality Manager (Broadmeadows Health Service) and Mental Health Information Manager (The Northern Hospital). She has held Health Information Manger roles at Broadmeadows Health Services, Melbourne Extended Care Rehabilitation Service, and Preston & Northcote Community Hospital.
