Qualifications

Interests

Jean Has experience as a counselling psychologist and family therapist, a background in secondary and tertiary teaching, and has worked as a consultant to organisations in leadership development and team-building. She currently supervises doctoral research students in the Department of Counselling and Psychological Health in LaTrobe’s School of Public health, and at the Melbourne Institute of Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy (MIECAT).

Current research interests include participatory inquiry paradigm research and arts-based methodologies for research. Client and therapist  experience of, and metaphors for, therapy, as well as the lived experience of illness and disability.
