		The Complex Decision Research Group is a collaboration between researchers at the University of Melbourne and La Trobe University. We investigate human factors aspects of decision making in complex systems, where decisions typically involve:
		Sequences of interdependent choices Uncertain, time-pressured environments Multiple decision makers
		Our research encompasses social, organisational, team, cognitive, affective and personality factors impacting on decision effectiveness.
