Before joining La Trobe University, I was a sessional lecturer and tutor at Charles Sturt University for five years. At present I am the Albury-Wodonga Associate Coordinator for the units PSY11PYA and PSY12PYB in the School of Psychological Science, Albury-Wodonga Campus. I completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) degree at Charles Sturt University and then went on to complete the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree. During my Honours degree, I examined the effect of birth order on sibling’s perceptions of personality. Currently, I am completing a PhD investigating the availability of paediatric surgical care at the local level, and how travelling long distances to receive appropriate care impacts on the patient and their family. My special interests are in determinants of patient satisfaction, paediatric outcomes measurement, and family-centred care in paediatrics. Content Approved by: Head of Section
