Hello My own research is about developing and applying knowledge from Social Psychology to understanding of intergroup relations, social identity, cultural maintenance and change, attitude change, existential anxiety and Indigenous issues. I collaborate with a number of international researchers and have a range of research projects that involve my postgraduate students. With my research partners, I have published a number of research papers and book chapters, and presented research at a range of national and international conferences. I contribute to the teaching of undergraduate social and cross-cultural psychology in School of Psychological Science, in the units PSY1PYB, PSY2PYB, PSY3PYB, PSY3SCB. I am also the Coordinator of PSY3SCB, Social and Community Psychology, and contribute lectures in our Honours Program. While life in the School of Psychology moves along at a rapid pace, I enjoy the opportunity to contribute to knowledge about human behaviour, foster the academic successes of La Trobe Psychology students, and discuss the state of world over a good coffee.
