HAV - Stage 2

These radiographs show cases where the problem is at the interphalangeal joint, with a high interphalangeus angle. This should be noted as is causes secondary changes at the metatarsophalangeal joint.

Classically, this stage is characterised by abduction of the hallux, resulting in this toe pressing against the second toe.
