Reiter's Syndrome

The radiographic findings are very similar to the other seronegative spondyloarthropathies. The MTP joints of the foot and the first IP joints are most commonly involved. Key radiographic findings include:

Bilateral asymmetric distribution

Periarticular osteoporosis progressing to normal bone density

Diffuse joint space loss

Poorly defined erosions

Soft tissue swelling

Bone proliferation
