Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters of Community Planning and Development (2009)

Duration and Mode of Study

Graduate Certificate – six months full time or part time equivalent, Graduate Diploma one year full time or part time equivalent, Masters - two years full time or part-time equivalent. A more intensive program of 16 months study for the masters can be arranged. The mode of delivery embraces flexibility given the work and family commitments of likely participants. A significant component of the course is based on delivery through intensive workshops, block mode, project work, self-directed modules, and the preparation of a minor thesis that is equivalent to two units. The delivery mode is designed to assist participation by students who are working full or part time and by those who live away from campus. Provision is made for use of email, online and distance delivery facilities.
