How to Login to ESS - MSS StaffOnline?

1. Go to the La Trobe homepage enter http://www.latrobe.edu.au/staffonline
2. Enter your Username and Password (note - your username and password is the same as your e-mail)

What is SAP ESS?

A method of viewing, printing and/or updating HR or payroll information, by the employee that does not require approval.

Functionality currently operating:

• Fortnightly payslip
• Personal details
• Address details
• Leave entitlements
• Bank details
• Tax details

How does SAP ESS work?

It is accessed through a unique Username/ID which is password protected by the Employee through the SAP Portal. (see How to Login to ESS?)

The employees information is drawn from core SAP R/3.

What is SAP MSS?

Manager Self Service (MSS) enables supervisors to view employment details relating to staff they supervise through StaffOnline.

By utilizing the SAP ESS, it enables the creation and updating of HR/payroll information by the employee that requires approval.
