The Jewish Museum of Australia is a community museum which aims to explore and share the Jewish experience in Australia with all sectors of Australia’s diverse society. Established in 1992, the museum is a respected and innovative cultural centre that is recognised nationally for its excellence in exhibitions, education programs and collection management.

La Trobe University is proud to sponsor the Museum’s Access Education program and its Zelman Cowen Gallery of Australian-Jewish history. The Access Education program allows students from around Victoria to visit the Museum to appreciate and learn about Jewish history and culture.
