Continuing Professional Development
Welcome to La Trobe University’s Continuing Professional Development program.
In line with the aims of the School of Dentistry & Oral Health we intend to provide ongoing education programs to rural and regional locations throughout Victoria. During 2009 this will include Mildura, Wodonga and Bendigo and expand to other regions in coming years. We intend to increase the scope of these programs to include all dental health practitioners in future.
Below you will find a questionnaire – we would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete and return to us. As you will be aware there are particular challenges associated with delivering these programs to rural and regional areas. We need your assistance in trying to produce a program that best suits all.
This site currently contains details of the 2009 program. We hope to expand its content in future to allow online registration.
La Trobe is looking to establish strong working relationships with the dental communities in these regions – to achieve mutual long-term success we need each others’ support and hope to see you at these programs.
This year’s program consists of an early evening session of talks from two of La Trobe’s senior academics. Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance for two hours of CPD.
