Explore all you need to know about what you want to study, including prerequisites, pathways and career outcomes during an interactive workshop. This will be your first insight into what to expect from a university classroom.

Expos

Every individual has their own questions, concerns and considerations when planning their journey into university study. Chat with our helpful staff to have all your questions answered – even the ones you didn’t know you had!

Work recognition program

The La Trobe University Work Recognition Program is an entry method designed to help students enter University for the first time, regardless of whether they have completed Year 12. This program takes into consideration your previous and current work experience, so there is no need for any formal academic qualifications. The selection process begins with considering your skill level and length of service to calculate a work recognition rank.

La Trobe acknowledges the skills you have acquired in a professional work environment and recognises those skills in an incredibly useful way in transitioning into tertiary study. The Work Recognition Program is a fantastic way to take the next step in your career and transition into the job you want.
