Remote support
In the first instance you can call or email the ICT Service Desk where your enquiry will be logged and, if not resolved by the Service Desk, escalated to the LMS Support Team.

The LMS Support Team aims to resolve all issues within three working days. In exceptional cases, it may be necessary to escalate further to the LMS product manufacturer. In these cases, the client will be kept fully informed of progress.
Face to face support
In addition to scheduled training sessions coordinated by Training @ La Trobe, the LMS Support Team hosts regular “Drop In Sessions” at the University’s three major campuses. Staff can drop in to any of these sessions to get started with the LMS or to sort out any difficulties they may have encountered. Forthcoming sessions are listed on the homepage.
Pedagogical Support
Educational Designers are located in each of the Faculties and are available to assist you in developing approaches to blended learning.
