  1. A possible workaround might be to indent and outdent a parent item sot that the numbered sequence of the affected item automatically changes.

WEBLINKS
  • Open Web Links tool.  Select Paging function at bottom of screen.  All category Headings disappear.
UPLOADING MULTIPLE FILES
  • Attempting to upload multiple files that already exist in a unit (overwrite files) generates an error message. You can still upload and overwrite files but until this issue is corrected, files must uploaded one at a time. Alternatively, you may want to use WebDAV to drag files from your computer and drop them into your file manager in the LMS. Download the instructions from the Downloads area in the right hand frame.
GRADING FORMS NOT VISIBLE TO STUDENTS
  • If you have attached grading forms to assignments, discussions, blogs or journals they are not visible to students. Colleagues in the unit in Designer/Instructor roles can see and use the grading forms.
GROUP SIGN-UP SHEETS
  • It is not possible to create a new unit based on another unit or template which contains links to Group Sign Up sheets.
  • It is not possible to reset units which utilise the Group Sign-Up Sheet function. Group Sign-Up sheets should be unlinked prior to resetting a unit.
    To do this:
    1. Select the Action Link for the Group Sign - Up sheet. (Grey downward arrow).
    2. Choose Edit Properties.
    3. In the drop down box associated with the text 'Place the sign-up sheet link on:', choose 'Select' then choose 'Save'.
ANNOUNCEMENTS – STUDENT VIEW
  • The Announcements tool now appears in the Course Menu in the Student View tab. If an announcement is created in the Student View tab, it cannot subsequently be deleted. Although the Announcements tool is available in the Student View Tab, it is not visible to students.
CAMTASIA 5.0
  • Large files created in Camtasia 5 may not stream properly to off campus locations.  There have been reports that video ‘jumps’ routinely throughout presentations and that often presentations fail to load.
