Mark is Manager of e-Learning and Web Development for the Division of Nursing and Midwifery. In this presentation, Mark discusses the use of web video in the Division to adress the requirements of students at multiple campuses plus Clinical Schools at major hospitals. Liz is a lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry and a recent (2007) recipient of the Vice-Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching. In this presentation, Liz describes the department's use of the University's Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance the learning experience of students in a second year Biochemistry unit. Liz demonstrates a variety of tools used to provide study materials, to communicate with and assess students and concludes that use of these tools is integral to teaching the unit. The presentation runs for 5.5 minutes.
