School of Outdoor Education & EnvironmentInternational Outdoor Education Research Conference
The papers are listed below in alphabetical order of the primary author. For a brief overview of each paper, please read the abstracts. Clicking on the title of each paper will open a PDF file. A CD of the papers is available at a cost of $A20. Please contact Claire McCann by email for further details. c.mccann@latrobe.edu.au Conference papers have been blind peer reviewed by at least two reviewers. Judgements were made concerning the suitability of the papers for inclusion in the research conference and proceedings. Many papers describe completed research or are well articulated academic discourse. In several cases papers were accepted as 'works in progress' in keeping with the underlying intent of the conference to foster inquiry and promote dialogue for both experienced and beginning researchers. As a consequence, some of the papers included here are not as polished as would normally be expected in a refereed journal. Selected papers from the conference will be submitted for publication in future editions of the Australian Journal of Outdoor Education and will be further reviewed as part of that process.
