La Trobe opens new expanded City Campus

La Trobe University postgraduate students will be provided with state of the art facilities to complete their degrees as the new and expanded City Campus opens.

Students will be able to use the new learning facilities located on levels 2 and 3 to accompany the existing level 20.

New and returning students will have access to a dedicated Concierge team located on levels 2 and 3 and can assist with existing service channels including ASK La Trobe, Careers and Student Support Services.

Pro Vice-Chancellor, Professor Anthony McGrew commented that the City Campus upgrade will benefit students who choose to study there.

“Our fantastic new City Campus provides state of the art teaching facilities for our post graduates in Law, Business and later this year, Health. Students will also have access to dedicated support including our new concierge service.” Professor McGrew said.

“La Trobe at 360 Collins Street gives us a vital presence right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and close to our many industry and business partners.”

The City Campus offers postgraduate courses across law and business - which includes the award winning MBA program. Health courses will also be available to study from semester 2.

La Trobe staff will also benefit from the upgrades with new staff hot desks, HDR hot desks and staff meeting rooms with conferencing facilities available to book.
