In September 2016 we invited all coursework students to participate in the biennial, library client experience and satisfaction survey. Thanks to all the 3,949 who responded – the results are used to shape and improve our services based on student needs and expectations.

- Is a place where you feel connected and part of university life (90%)
- Is your preferred place to study on campus (52%)
- Performs strongly across most areas, but best in: facilities for use of mobile devices; opening hours; resources that meet learning and research needs; access to resources when away from campus; clear and accurate answers to questions, and more.
