New improved room booking system

Clients told us to improve our room booking system, and now we are pleased to introduce a seamless and efficient replacement!

The 2012 Library Client Survey results and other comments added to the 'give feedback' database created a hierarchy of improvement opportunities for the library. Over the last few months work has been undertaken to address the areas of high concern to our clients. 

The room booking system that we had last year was a high concern area and we received several comments regarding its inefficiency and ineffectiveness. 

Considering that it was probably the highest single concern issue,it is with real pleasure that after recent discussions with, and help from ICT, a new web-based room booking system is being installed and will be available on Monday, 4 March.

A video and instructions on how to use the system will be available soon. Rooms will remain open access until 4 March.
