Nanotechnology

Who should enrol?

La Trobe nanotechnology students are passionate about science; they are practical and inquisitive. They are keen to engage with developing technologies and willing to take the risks that this involves. Typically, our nanotechnology students have studied physics, chemistry and mathematics at VCE level.

Entry for Domestic Students

Bachelor of Science (Honours)/ Master of Nanotechnology (SZHSNT)

Entry Requirements

VCE (or equivalent) Units 3 and 4 with a study score of at least 30 in English (ESL) and 25 in any other English , chemistry and mathematical methods (either), and a study score of at least 20 in one of specialist mathematics or physics.

For our double degrees the pre-requisites are typically Physics, Chemistry and Advanced Mathematics

Foundation Studies

The La Trobe University Foundation Studies Program provides another entry pathway to our double degree program. Selection of the appropriate pre-requisite units and completion of the program with grades as specified in the entry requirements are required.
