LIMS Summer Vacation Research Scholarships
 Seven scholarships are available to students to undertake a research project during the summer vacation period in one the following LIMS themes:
- Cancer and Cell Death
- Genetics and Evolution
- Molecular Basis of Disease
- Molecular Design and Synthesis
- Molecular Processes and Analysis
- Teaching & Learning and Applications in Society
Before applying students should approach potential supervisors to confirm that the supervisor is able to provide a research project for the student in their laboratory.
- Salary: $300 per week (tax-free)
- Tenure: 3 weeks, full-time
- Starting Date: By negotiation with the laboratory supervisor
- Selection: Recipients of summer vacation research scholarships will be selected from applicants who are offered Honours places in the Departments associated with LIMS (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Genetics and Pharmacy)
