Scholarships and prizes
La Trobe University offers its students access to a pool of University scholarships valued at more than $3.3 million each year. We offer undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships to both commencing and current students. Current students are also eligible to apply for a range of campus, community and industry awards and prizes.
We suggest that you take the time to apply for scholarships, as selection criteria is not just based on academic merit. You can apply based on financial need, regional location and many other criteria. In 2008, more than half of the students who applied for a scholarship were successful in receiving one.
