Residential fees and dates for 2008 are now confirmed and are as set out below.

The 2008 dates set out below include our Orientation and Transition (O&T) week and the ‘Settling In’ program offered to international students who are expected to join college on 6 February 2008 for Semester One and 8 July 2008 for Semester two.

What is included
Fees cover the following:
- Sheets and bedding (cleaned weekly)
- Academic support, including a team of Study Focus Groups, managed by a full-time Coordinator of Studies
- Residency and hospitality during our Orientation and Transition (O&T) program
- IT support and access to our IT Centre. (All students need to install anti-virus software (regularly updated) - approx $25.00 per year)
What’s not included
Fees do not include the following additional costs:
- Refundable Bond of $500.00 - A deposit refundable on departure, subject to the conditions of tenancy and residency.
- Orientation and Transition Program Fee of $88.00 (including GST). This contributes to the program for new residents in first semester.
- Student Club Fee of $110.00 per year (including GST). The college’s Student Club organises a large number of sporting, social, cultural, musical, theatrical and other events. The fee for one semester or part of one semester will be $50.00.
- Contribution to University Infrastructure of $280.50 (2008) (including GST). This refers to a charge levied on the college by the University and contributes to the installation and upkeep of the campus’ physical infrastructure. The contribution for one semester or part of one semester will be $175.00.
For international students
- Down-Under Program of $100.00 (including GST). Introduces international students to ‘Aussie Culture.’ You’ll try some Australian foods and wines, have a didgeridoo class, make and throw your own boomerang, have a guided tour around Melbourne’s Victoria Market and see some Australian wildlife.
