Research Interests
- I am currently writing a book on the dispersal and diffusion of the
documentary project in the contemporary mediascape.
- The convergence of media information technology and telecommunications and its relationship to citizenship
- Notions of trust and risk in documentary and the media in general
- The documentary project and postmodernity
- Constructions of "reality" and especially of the past, in popular culture and non fiction film and television
I am a past editor and member of the Editorial Board of the international electronic film & history journal, Screening the Past, a past member of the editorial boards of MESH and Metro.
